How Classes Work

  • We provide daily programming that typically takes 1-1.5hrs to complete.
  • Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday are designed to be the full competition training program.
  • Wednesday/Sunday are focused more on technique, recovery and accessory strength.
  • Athletes are allowed to perform their own programming, make up another days work or simply work up to a heavy lift.
  • All athletes warmup and mobilize on their own.
  • The coach(es) will be working the room speaking with each of the athletes to establish their training for the day and providing feedback as necessary.

Gym Rules

  • Respect VBC property, equipment, members and surrounding community.
  • Be aware of others, their personal space and property and show self control.
  • Clean up platform and equipment when finished and return to proper storage place.
